Our Annual Lawn Program is designed with your specific grass type in mind. Each visit is different based on the seasonal issues prevalent in turf.

A brief outline of our seven applications can be found below.  

Weed Control: 

We apply a pre and post-emergent weed control along with a high potassium fertilizer. Potassium will strengthen your lawn for the cold early months. Fungicide applied where needed.

 

 

Early Spring Application: 

A balanced granular fertilizer with a higher rate of nitrogen is applied to promote green grass and good root development. We will take care of any persisting winter annuals and apply disease control where needed. 

 

 

Spring Application: 

We come in with a balanced spring fertilizer high in nitrogen to promote great color and lushness in these warming months. Weed and disease control will be applied as needed.

 

 

 

Early Summer Application:

A summer mix with iron will be applied to keep up good color and continued thickening of turf. We will be on guard for any chinch bug activity and will treat it accordingly. Disease control will be applied as needed.

Summer Application:

Summer fertilizer with iron is applied along with insecticide for chinch bugs and any turf damaging insect infestations. Disease control will be applied as needed.

Fall Application: 

Fall fertilizer is applied to keep up a nice appearance in the cooler months to come. Brown Patch will be spot treated where it is active. Insect control as needed.

Winter Application:

Winter fertilizer with a higher rate of potassium to prepare your lawn for the cold months ahead. Brown Patch will be spot treated.
